Description

Mac Properties is a dynamic and growing private residential real estate company with operations in the metropolitan areas of Chicago, St. Louis, and Kansas City. The available shift for this role is 3p-11:30p with a pay rate of $19/hour. Typical schedules are Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically communicate with prospective and current residents, anticipating their needs, providing professional and courteous service, and responding promptly and professionally.
  • Create memorable customer service experiences with a warm, welcoming personality.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of customer service protocol, features, and attract customers by answering product and service questions accurately, professionally, timely, and thoroughly.
  • Aid in the sales process by setting appointments for Leasing Consultants and prospective tenants.
  • Complete residential lease applications and new resident files, including Credit/Criminal history checks and Employer/Landlord verifications.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Minded People Person
  • Strong troubleshooting and relationship-building skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
  • Great communicator (ability to communicate professionally and thoroughly in written, verbal, and listening formats)
  • At least 2 years of previous experience passionately building relationships with clients and providing an outstanding customer service experience to others
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this role
  • Requires basic computer skills, including computer and telephone systems
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
