About the role
The Contact Center Advisor is responsible for responding to all telephonic sales-related consumer inquiries, identifying qualified prospects, providing rate quotes, and enrolling eligible consumers telephonically. Responsibilities include upselling and/or cross-selling products, providing guidance on insurance coverage, selling policies, and conducting appropriate follow-up calls.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (required)
- Must obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI certification within 60 days of hire
- 1 year of prior sales experience (required)
Pay
The base pay rate for Full Time employment is $17.31/HR – $28.85/HR. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
