About the Opportunity:The CONTACT CENTER ADVISOR role is designed to manage telephonic sales inquiries, guiding consumers through insurance options, providing quotes, and enrolling eligible customers. This position contributes to the organization by generating sales, upselling and cross-selling products, and ensuring consumers receive appropriate information and follow-up, thereby supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
