About the role

We are seeking a part-time Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. This is an on-site, non-commissioned position with an hourly wage plus a quarterly bonus based on hours worked and store growth goals. The role requires a passion for design, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch, no-pressure customer service in a collaborative team environment
• Become highly knowledgeable about our products and convey information to customers
• Operate our automated point-of-sale system proficiently
• Participate in daily inventory activities, opening/closing tasks, store set-up/break-down, and restocking supplies
• Follow day-to-day direction from the store manager
• Create and manage social media content (preferred but not mandatory)

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in high-end retail sales, customer service, or related fields (e.g., luxury clothing, home decor, art/photography galleries)
• Excellent communication skills, energetic and friendly demeanor
• Self-confidence, positive outlook, and motivated self-starter attitude
• Passion for outstanding design and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work at least 2-3 Saturdays per month (store closes between 6:30–7:00 PM)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

• Part-time: 12–24 hours per week

Pay

• Hourly wage: $15.00–$20.00
• Quarterly bonus based on hours worked and store growth goals
