About the role
CAZA Collective is representing an established and respected fine jewelry manufacturer seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales growth throughout the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast region (Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee). Candidates must reside within the territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of independent jewelry retail accounts through exceptional service, strategic business planning, product education, and ongoing support.
- Prospect, open new retail accounts, convert competitive business, and expand market share throughout the territory.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans, prioritize high-value opportunities, create efficient travel routes, maintain a strong pipeline, and deliver consistent sales growth.
- Spend time inside customer stores conducting product presentations, merchandise displays, product training, and supporting retail events.
- Attend major industry events including JCK Las Vegas, IJO, RJO, and regional trade shows while staying informed on market trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications
- Proven success managing a sales territory and growing revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and develop new business.
- Experience managing existing customer relationships while expanding account penetration.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently.
- Comfortable traveling throughout an assigned territory.
- Experience using CRM platforms and mobile sales technology.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Travel
Approximately 75% travel. Expect to spend roughly three weeks each month visiting customers throughout the territory, attending meetings, and participating in industry events.
Compensation
Base Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience. Uncapped commission structure; earning potential is directly tied to performance.
