Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints for assigned area retail stores
  • Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, reconciliation of inventory and cash receipts, or in performing services for customers for assigned area retail stores
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service
  • Ensure assigned retail staff provides efficient, courteous handling of customer sales and service requests, problem resolution, accessory sales, and basic mobile technical troubleshooting
  • Provide leadership and direction in sales and promotional initiatives of assigned personnel
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure retail store consistency throughout operations
  • Sell the value of the Company’s products, service plans and ancillary device
  • Develop strategic incentives geared toward driving overall sales
  • Provide optimum Customer experience and develop positive relationships
  • Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching Channel needs with the right products and services
  • Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by focusing on key business initiatives such as merchandising, marketing execution, inventory management, and loss prevention
  • Responsible for achieving 90% of the Store Sales Representative monthly sales target
  • Perform other duties and functions as outlined by direct manager, that help to foster and develop channel needs and success

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services (i.e., customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, evaluating customer satisfaction)
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for displaying, promoting, and selling products or services (i.e., marketing strategies and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems and basic principles of sales and marketing)
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Strong interpersonal/people skills
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and teambuilding skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Three to Five years of Sales Manager experience preferred
  • Wireless Sales Experience desirable
