Consumer Recovery Specialist - Fort Supply

About the role

Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is seeking a dedicated Consumer Recovery Specialist to join our inpatient team to support patients and staff in the behavioral health treatment setting. This position will play an integral role in providing direct and indirect care to individuals in need of behavioral health support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct and Indirect care of patients promoting mental and emotional well-being
• Ensure Safety and Well-Being by participating in de-escalation efforts and providing therapeutic options support activities
• Role Model by demonstrating effective problem-solving, decision-making and leadership

Requirements

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of an associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Preference may be given to current NCBH employees.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver's license.
• Upon a conditional offer of employment, ODMHSAS applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and able to push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.

Pay

Hourly rate: $17.09 + differentials
$.50 Evenings and Nights, $.75 Weekends/Holidays and $1.00 Direct Care

Schedule

Primary Working Hours: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am
10 Hour Shifts Th F Sa Su

Special Requirements

This position requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary depending on business necessity. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
