Consumer Loans Representative
Hybrid position in Pensacola, FL (2 days remote per week after training).
About the role
Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume member inquiries in a 24/7 contact center environment.
- Provide accurate information about products and services using active listening and system adaptability.
- Process transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
- Identify and recommend additional products and services to meet member needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, customer service skills, and typing speed (assessments required).
- Must have a hard-wired internet connection in your home workspace.
- No time off permitted during training.
Pay
$19.75 per hour.
Schedule
Monday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM CST. Start date: September 14th.
