Consumer Lending Collection Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of collection policies, manuals, the legalities that apply to collections.
• Work closely with dealers for cancellation of insurance products.
• Work closely with insurance companies to complete claims and gap coverages.
• Work with our collection agency as the point of contact for assignments to their agency.
• Complete bankruptcy postings and coding.
• Work with loan officers for collection purposes.
• Retrieve delinquency reports.
• Make initial contact (telephone, letter or face-to-face) with loan customers whose accounts are delinquent in accordance.
• Other duties as assigned.
