Primary Responsibilities

  • Working from the direction of other specialists and department manager, the Associate Consumer Finance Specialist will process opportunities, non-instant approvals, and support requests.
  • Utilize associated systems to keep up-to-date statuses and next action dates, enabling efficient and effective completion of work.
  • Communicate with customers, sales reps, and retailers regarding customer account status and additional information required to resolve open items.
  • Complete loan application data entry in the lender platform, review loan decision statuses, and track workflow items in the appropriate system.
  • Compile the appropriate documents to complete the loan, and ensure loans are signed in a timely manner.
  • Send all documents and/or information to the lender for final processing.
  • Update the appropriate system on the status of the application and any issues.
  • Communicate with customers, sales reps, retailers, and consumer finance specialists as appropriate.
  • Handle routine, standard, repetitive administrative and reporting duties as assigned.
  • Document current processes and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive outcomes, and present a positive image of the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer/data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish).

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Pay Range: $62,960.00 - $94,440.00

Profit Sharing

In 2026, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
