About the role

The Federal Savings Bank is seeking a Consumer Direct Mortgage Banker to join their dynamic team in Scottsdale, AZ. This position is based in the Scottsdale, AZ office and requires commuting five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Utilize bank-provided leads and sales process to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage a wide array of loan programs and aggressive underwriting to offer our clients the best options.
• Focus primarily on refinance initiatives with no requirement for self-generated business.
• Enjoy support from our seasoned operations and processing team, ensuring efficiency and speed in closing your loans.

Requirements

• Driven and goal-oriented: Strong desire to achieve and surpass financial goals in a thriving environment.
• Valuable experience: Minimum of one year of mortgage lending experience in a call center or consumer direct setting.
• Active NMLS #: Necessary for seamless operations.
• Time management wizard: Ability to manage time effectively to deliver results efficiently.

• Effective communicator: Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster collaboration within all departments.

• Education advantage: Preferred Bachelor’s degree for added competitive edge.
