Responsibilities

What Will You Do? As a Senior Product Manager at Ford, you will define the product vision and roadmap for the mobile AI assistant, translating emerging AI capabilities into reliable customer experiences. You will own key outcomes including task completion, adoption, engagement, and retention while using data, experimentation, and customer research to prioritize improvements. Additionally, you will partner with AI/ML, engineering, and cross-functional teams to enhance quality, safety, and performance of the assistant.
