Position Summary
Consumable Packer will process, bottle, label and package consumable products.
Position Responsibilities
- Label and package product according to work orders and work instructions
- Must be able to set up and use balances/scales
- Check labels against paperwork and material lot numbers, prior to labeling
- Become familiar with and follow the documented procedures in D-20 Quality system
- Perform record keeping functions
- Make production and quality improvement suggestions
- May be required to perform practical applications of fractions, percentages, ratio and proportions
- May be required to have a basic knowledge of the metric system
- May be required to work from engineering drawings
- May be directed to perform training duties
- May be directed to expedite their own production parts
- Perform other duties as directed
Position Requirements
- Must be able to follow work instructions
- Manual dexterity requiring full use of both hands
- Possess visual acuity
- Basic math skills
- Basic quality skills class
Education/Certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
