Consulting Technical Manager, AI Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize cloud-based data pipelines and AI data platforms supporting enterprise-scale initiatives in the IC customer space.
• Manage geospatial intelligence data (vectors and rasters).
• Architect and implement Oracle Databases AI-enabling data using Vector data type, RAG, and MCP.
• Implement ETL pipeline design and implementation for large-scale data systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DBAs, and business analysts.
• Create and deploy RESTful APIs using Oracle API Gateway.
• Develop and deploy DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in a data engineering context.
• Design and integrate multi-modal databases that integrate multiple data types, including relational, spatial, JSON, graph, and knowledge.
• Ensure data security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Document and present solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility with poly required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or database management, preferably within the federal sector.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with containers/Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in shell scripting, Python, or other automation tools.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data lineage practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
