for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Include only sections with real specific content.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Location: Anywhere in Country (maybe not needed). Not a heading.
- Intro paragraphs: "At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence..." etc. That's about the role? Could be "About the role" or maybe "About EY". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections as appropriate.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's identify sections:
About the role: The introductory paragraphs describing EY, the opportunity, EPM team, Senior Solution Architect role. Could be placed under About the role.
Responsibilities: The bullet list under "Your key responsibilities In this role, you will be at the forefront of bridging business and technology, with responsibilities including:" then list items.
Skills And Attributes For Success: list of attributes. Could go under Skills.
To qualify for the role, you must have ... That's Requirements/Qualifications. Could split: Requirements (education, experience) and Qualifications (specific experience). But we have headings Requirements and Qualifications available. We need to decide what goes where.
We have "To qualify for the role, you must have A Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of relevant experience A minimum of three years’ experience in providing consulting experience Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream, Tagetik) Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem- solving skills - actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis Our candidates have a variety of backgrounds including: Management reporting Long Range planner Strategic planner Capital planner Implementation consultant Strong analytical and problem- solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%. Ideally, you’ll also have Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred Strong ability to build and manage relationships Effective communication skills Trust-building capabilities with clients"
That's a mix of requirements and qualifications. We could put education and experience under Requirements, and specific skills/knowledge under Qualifications. Or combine.
What We Look For: paragraph about top performers etc. Could be part of Skills or maybe separate but we don't have a heading for that; maybe incorporate into Skills.
What We Offer You: includes compensation and benefits, salary ranges, total rewards, flexible vacation, hybrid model. So we have Pay, Benefits, Schedule sections.
Pay: base salary range info.
Benefits: medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, wide range of paid time off options.
Schedule: hybrid model expectation (40-60% in person), flexible vacation policy, time off for holidays etc.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove boilerplate at end (EEO statement, accommodation info, etc). Also remove "Apply today." etc. Also remove "EY accepts applications..." etc. Also remove "For those living in California..." etc. Also remove the final paragraphs about EY building a better working world etc. That's boilerplate.
Now craft HTML.
We'll have:
