We’re hiring a Consulting Senior Associate, EHS - San Francisco Bay Area based in California, with flexibility to work from any of the following locations: Menlo Park, San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Clara, or Sunnyvale.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite client support to address pressing EHS challenges.
- Perform audits, assessments, and safety process improvements in areas such as: Behavior-Based Safety, Chemical & Lab Safety, Electrical Safety / NFPA 70E, Industrial Hygiene, Robotics Safety, Process Hazard Assessments, LOTO.
- Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are in place.
- Affiliate with managing projects to meet scope, budget, and schedule targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, engineering, or related science OR equivalent work experience (2 years = 1 year education).
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Ability to travel across San Francisco Bay Area, San Jose, Santa Clara and San Mateo areas.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in cross-functional teams.
- Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, etc.
- Knowledge of California-specific EHS regulations and best practices.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The anticipated annual base pay is $71,811 – $90,422 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
Schedule
This role may be eligible for flexible scheduling to accommodate travel and client needs.
