Cambia is seeking a Consulting Research Associate II or Consulting Research Analyst for a hybrid role (3 days/week in office). Candidates must reside within commutable distance of one of our Portland, Medford, Fargo, Burlington, Vancouver, Renton, Boise, Lewiston, or Salt Lake City offices. Responsibilities

  • Build actionable insights and solutions using analytical and statistical methods.
  • Evaluate programs and outcomes to determine performance against stated objectives.
  • Develop meaningful dashboards and presentations to inform and influence business activities and strategies.
  • Extract, sort, cleanse, aggregate, and process data from multiple sources, developing queries and reports based on business requirements.
  • Work independently and as part of a larger team to support various internal customer groups on identifying business challenges and evaluating solutions to achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases, identify business problems, and understand desired business outcomes.
  • Complete analysis and apply judgment to derive recommendations for complex challenges and initiatives.
  • Ensure the appropriate identification of root causes through effective use of data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Prepare and present standard and ad-hoc analysis to business partners that help guide decisions and support results.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in social science, public health, economics, statistics, actuarial science or equivalent related field with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred for Consulting Research Associate II.
  • BA/BS in social science, public health, economics, statistics, actuarial science or equivalent related field with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree or PhD preferred for Consulting Research Analyst.

Skills and Attributes

Pay

  • Consulting Research Associate II: Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho - $76,500.00 – $103,500.00, North Dakota - $81,679.05-$110,506.95.
  • Consulting Research Analyst: Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho - $92,700.00 – $125,400.00, North Dakota - $90,906.65-$122,991.35.

Schedule

This role is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week remote.
