About the role

Join EY and help build a better working world. As a Manager in EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TAD) practice, you will help lead and drive transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions.
  • Direct strategic transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks, leveraging Agile methodologies like SAFe and Scrum to manage risk and resources across workstreams.
  • Shape governance models and portfolio strategies that align with organizational objectives, while crafting compelling business cases and ideation frameworks to secure executive buy-in.
  • Use performance management and storytelling techniques to help clients achieve measurable value realization at every stage of their transformation journey.
  • Work in TAD Business, partnering directly with clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions.
  • Work in TAD Technology Strategy, partnering directly with clients to define and execute technology transformation agendas that align technology investments with business priorities.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with approximately five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with approximately four years of related work experience.
  • Approximately three or more years of consulting experience, including client service delivery, stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and development of client-ready recommendations and deliverables.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, analysis, solution development, and client delivery.
  • Approximately three or more years of experience leading workstreams or small teams, including work planning, status reporting, issue/risk management, stakeholder updates, team coordination, and quality review of deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, facilitate meetings, synthesize inputs, translate business needs into actionable workplans, and maintain delivery momentum in dynamic environments.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations, decisions, and action plans for client and EY leadership.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, work flexible hours based on client and project needs (65-80%), and access reliable transportation to/from EY offices and client sites, as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives, including PMO/EPMO set-up, transformation office design, program governance, status reporting, risk management, and end-to-end program or portfolio delivery.
  • Experience leading or supporting technology operating model and process design, capability roadmaps, organizational change, technology strategy and transformation, cost optimization, sourcing strategies, enterprise architecture, and technology-enabled business transformation.
  • Familiarity with program and portfolio management tools and delivery methodologies, including MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Clarity, Planview, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar approaches.
  • Experience working with delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience contributing to business development efforts, including shaping client conversations, developing proposals, supporting RFP responses, preparing client presentations, and using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create executive-ready deliverables.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
