Consulting Manager | Remote

Type: Contract | Location: Remote | Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week | Compensation: $100 - $200/hour

Responsibilities

• Design consulting-style tasks that mirror authentic workflows such as case team analyses and client communications.
• Create exemplary deliverables, including client-facing decks and executive summaries.
• Develop and refine gold-standard example outputs ensuring clarity and executive-readiness.
• Assess and critique model-generated content for adherence to frameworks like MECE.
• Construct clear, actionable rubrics for differentiating between draft and polished work.
• Identify and document common pitfalls in consulting communication.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in the domain, with a minimum of experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Proven track record producing client-ready decks and strategic recommendations.
• Expertise applying structured problem-solving methodologies like MECE.
• Exceptional written English skills with mastery of the executive communication register.
• Master's degree preferred; MBA especially valued.
