Responsibilities
- Manage and support a small team of consultants through project execution, including analysis, solution development, and delivery.
- Contribute functional and industry expertise to consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Support issue resolution and escalation management while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure team activities are aligned to project priorities and timelines, optimizing the use of resources.
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and business analysis activities to support solution design and delivery.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of consulting experience, preferably within the healthcare or payer domain.
- 1–2 years of experience leading or mentoring teams and managing project deliverables.
- A strong understanding of healthcare payer functions such as claims, enrollment, billing, or care management.
- Experience supporting client engagements, including business analysis and solution delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create and present deliverables to stakeholders.
- Exposure to digital or technology-driven initiatives and transformation projects.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Digital Technology (business or technical consulting) team lead.
- Knowledge of Medicaid plan implementations and payer platforms.
- Advanced PowerPoint and stakeholder presentation skills.
What You Need To Have To Be Considered

Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $81,450 - $129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
