Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end change management activities across large-scale transformation programs.
- Partner with program management teams to align change strategies with overall project goals and timelines.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.
- Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments to enable effective adoption.
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies while driving client alignment and program success.
- Lead project workstreams and contribute to overall program delivery and execution.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience working within program or project management environments and leading workstreams.
- Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
- Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Experience leading projects or workstreams within enterprise transformation programs.
- Exposure to program management frameworks or delivery models.
- Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $81,450 - $126,750 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
