Consulting Internship: Software Engineering (Summer 2027)
About the role
CapTech’s Elevate internship is a 10‑week, in‑person program in Richmond, VA where undergraduate juniors work on real‑world consulting projects, gaining full‑life‑cycle IT consulting experience while solving client problems in self‑led teams with mentor guidance and weekly leadership lunch‑and‑learns.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using leading front‑end and back‑end technologies (web, mobile, cloud, web services, DevOps)
- Partner with client stakeholders to build systems in new and innovative ways
- Manage parallel development and code versioning with Git
Requirements
Current undergraduate with expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028, seeking full‑time work after graduation.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to be a self‑motivated contributor in a team environment; project or internship experience with development platforms and languages such as Java, .NET, C#, C++, Go, Android, iOS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, AWS, or Azure.

Pay
