Consulting Associate, Climate Change
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within a large team to deliver technical outputs that inform clients and project teams
- Implement climate change projects, including greenhouse gas inventories, emission reductions, energy efficiency, public disclosure, and verification
- Conduct air quality analyses, assess regulatory compliance, and perform regulatory applicability evaluations
- Develop complete and accurate air quality permits for Title V, Prevention of Significant Deterioration, and New Source Review compliance; interact with local regulators to support application review and issuance
- Conduct client site assessments, including leak detection and repair monitoring, stack testing support, and other on-site services as needed
- Implement environmental management systems and processes
- Prepare clear recommendations and technical reports
- Perform environmental compliance audits and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining high-quality standards
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ERM colleagues, and subcontractors
