Consulting Analyst

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Consulting Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support technology-driven application and process improvements that strengthen day-to-day operations and end-user experience. The position will work closely with technical teams and business partners to troubleshoot complex Tier 2 issues, resolve application problems, and complete advanced builds and fixes. It is well suited for someone who can apply deep application knowledge to improve system performance and support reliable service delivery in a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for application and process improvements
• Provide incident support through data gathering
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier 2 application issues
• Complete complex application builds and fixes
• Apply advanced knowledge in at least two Epic modules

Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science, IT, healthcare administration, or a related field required; experience may substitute for degree
• Preferred Epic Application Certification in at least two applications
• Required to achieve Epic proficiency with certification scores in two applications within three months
• Minimum four years of experience in IT or healthcare industries preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

Pay

$103,792 – $143,353 annually
