Join our Consulting practice as a Consulting Analyst, where you will leverage your industry expertise to deliver business and technology transformation initiatives in client-facing environments. In this role, you will take ownership of project deliverables, navigating complex operational and technical challenges to guide solution planning and strategy. You will act as a trusted consultant to internal teams and external stakeholders, building credibility with management-level clients. By combining analytical thinking with a deep understanding of business needs, you will guide technology implementations that directly align with client goals while mentoring junior team members along the way. Engineer the Future with a Career at EPAM This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $65,000 - $100,000.
