About the role

The Deloitte Enterprise Performance team works across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. We are seeking a US Consultant, Functional Transformation to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Functional area lead responsible for design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Procure to Pay functional areas
  • Demonstrates software features to clients, documents requirements and design decisions, provides knowledge transfer to the client team, configures the software, and supports testing and rollout
  • Provides functional support to team members as required
  • Manages and prioritizes multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Builds and sustains professional relationships and leads projects or workstreams
  • Maintains meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Meets deadlines and manages travel commitments of up to 30-50%

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Active Workday Financials Certification
  • 2+ years of experience leading design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Workday Procure to Pay functional areas
  • 2+ years of experience in Workday Financials Accounting, including understanding of Workday Accounting concepts (accounting/posting files, banking/ACH, suppliers/spend)
  • Experience working on triage, issue resolution, and incident management
  • Client-facing operational and functional support experience
  • Ability to travel 30-50% based on the work and clients served

Pay

  • Reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,800 to $155,100
