About the role

The Strategic Enablement team, as part of the Value Indirect organization, orchestrates Indirect strategic initiatives, inventory planning, field enablement, and systems strategy & support. This team is responsible for leading Indirect strategic programs and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring channel readiness and operational excellence.

As the Sales Ops & Enablement - Cslt, you will support inventory management & planning for Value Indirect’s distribution partners across Exclusive & Authorized Retail. This role requires the ability to work externally and internally with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Brand, and support organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Support all demand planning for the Value Indirect channel, inclusive of weekly forecast submissions, external partner collaboration, and trend projections impacting supply needs.
  • Provide data analytics support related to SKU level in stock rates, gross add mix, and warehouse availability through weekly insights reports.
  • Manage monthly inventory allowance programs, bringing in sales trends and insights to help make strategic decisions.
  • Meet weekly with external distribution partners, supporting manual inventory orders and device unlocking requests, requiring stakeholder collaboration across the Verizon business.
  • Identify and develop process improvements both internally and externally with how inventory is allocated, managed, and distributed within the channel.
  • Consistently deliver high quality work that fully addresses the intended criteria, goals, and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to stakeholders, team members, and leadership.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • An MBA, or an M.S. in a related field.
  • Experience with data analytics and Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.
  • Excellent executive presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player orientation collaborating well with others.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional experiences to partners and consumers.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, VLSS certification in Green Belt or Black Belt.
  • Experience working with external partners and/or vendors.
  • Experience in the Verizon Value segment.

Schedule

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.

Pay

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $75,000.00 - $144,000.00. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
