About the role
Turner & Townsend’s Program Advisory business offers services to clients in the strategy, set-up, transition, and transformation of their capability to deliver major programs and projects both in the US and globally. As a Program Advisory Consultant, you will work on a variety of consulting and advisory assignments, each led by a Turner & Townsend Director as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Your role will focus on delivering excellent outcomes for clients by providing best-practice advice and hands-on support.
Responsibilities
- Work on commissions that improve how organizations develop capital strategy, assess and allocate capital, and set up major programs and projects for success.
- Provide best-practice advice and hands-on help to clients in establishing, transforming, operating, and optimizing major programs and projects.
- Deploy consulting techniques to improve performance across the capital and project lifecycle.
- Work as part of an integrated team, supporting workstreams of moderate complexity and assisting with deliverables.
- Support the definition and development of tools and techniques that enhance service delivery.
- Assist business leaders with business development and practice development.
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or other recognized professional qualification in management consulting, business management, engineering, construction, procurement, contract management, project management, project controls, or information technology.
- 2 to 6 years’ experience in a similar consulting role in the infrastructure, natural resources, heavy industrial, or real estate sectors.
- Ability to provide value-adding advice and hands-on help to clients in the infrastructure, real estate, or natural resources sectors.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, QlikView, and Excel.
- Data Center construction experience is preferred.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
The salary range for this full-time role is $85,000–$130,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent base salary only. Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications.
On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.
