Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of proposals, including company profile development, scopes of work, schedules, and commercial terms.
- Affiliate or lead projects that evaluate technical, operational, and business-plan components of infrastructure investments.
- Cook up project deliverables such as Q&A submissions, management sessions, client meetings, and report delivery.
- Work smartly across ERM technical communities and subcontracted SMEs to support successful project execution and client engagement.
- Execute internal development tasks to enhance the Infrastructure Service Line's tools, processes, and overall functionality.
Required
- Solid academic background with an engineering bias (e.g., Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering).
- Or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of technical consulting, engineering, or operational experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong technical capability to identify risks and opportunities within technical documentation, site visits, and discussions—covering asset integrity, operational performance, management systems, and business plans.
- Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in fast-turnaround environments.
- Commitment to quality and high standards for yourself and the team.
- Advanced report writing and presentation skills, with previous client-facing experience.
PREFERRED
- Experience managing external client projects.
- Ability to lead or coordinate complex project delivery involving multiple workstreams.
- Prior exposure to technical due diligence (preferred, not required).
- Corporate finance qualification.
- Interest in domestic and international travel for site visits.
- Knowledge of Capex and Opex cost expectations for engineering assets/projects.
- Familiarity with decarbonization strategies and technologies.
- Experience reviewing EPC contracts, Financial Models, engineering designs/specifications, and budgets for industrial projects.
