Consultant (Top Secret Clearance)

Job Description

Consultants develop solutions for clients in organizational design, strategy, supply chain & network operations, and process efficiency and effectiveness. We currently operate in a hybrid environment, with work taking place at client site (Washington D.C. metro area), at the Rios Partners office in Arlington, VA (Clarendon metro stop), or virtually from home. Final schedules will be determined on a client and project basis.

Required Education, Skills, And Experience

• TS/SCI clearance
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
• Proficiency with Excel and Power Point
• Master’s/PhD AND minimum 5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's experience and ~7 years of experience

Preferred Education, Skills, And Experience

• Service to community, nation, and world
• Experience in Biosciences preferred
• Experience working consulting firms
• Experiences supporting organizational transformations, process improvement initiatives, modernization efforts, etc.
• Power BI, Tableau, Python capabilities
• Experience managing teams of 2-4 direct reports
• Experience managing senior client relationships
• Prior consulting experience preferred

Additional Information

• U.S. work authorization required
• Security Requirements: TS/SCI (i.e. must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident who has resided in US for past three years consecutively)
• Must be willing to live in DC Metro area for duration of employment with Rios Partners
• Willing to accommodate a hybrid work environment
