Responsibilities
- Supporting Deloitte businesses in refining acquisition priorities aligned to growth strategy
- Conducting market research and qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform target identification and pipeline development
- Sourcing and screening acquisition targets under the direction of senior team members
- Developing strategic rationale and business case materials, including financial modeling and value creation assumptions
- Supporting due diligence and post-close integration activities across functional stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, consulting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, or investment evaluation
- Experience developing presentations for senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting communications for senior stakeholders
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Preferred: Experience with market sizing, expert interviews, and survey design
- Preferred: Experience with mergers and acquisitions, investment evaluation, or corporate finance
- Preferred: Experience working within Deloitte’s business structure and internal processes
- Preferred: Experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Enterprise GPT or Copilot to support research and productivity

Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
This is an internal, non-client-facing role with limited travel as needed for business meetings. The team operates in a remote environment, with flexibility to work from home or a local Deloitte office.
