Responsibilities

• Support Deloitte businesses in refining acquisition priorities aligned to growth strategy
• Conduct market research and qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform target identification and pipeline development
• Sources and screens acquisition targets under the direction of senior team members
• Develops strategic rationale and business case materials, including financial modeling and value creation assumptions
• Supports due diligence and post-close integration activities across functional stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, consulting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, or investment evaluation
• Experience developing presentations for senior stakeholders
• Experience supporting communications for senior stakeholders
• Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Preferred: Experience with market sizing, expert interviews, and survey design; experience with mergers and acquisitions, investment evaluation, or corporate finance; experience working within Deloitte’s business structure and internal processes; experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Enterprise GPT or Copilot to support research and productivity

Benefits

• Reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,600 to $157,200
• Discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance

Schedule

• Internal, non-client-facing role with limited travel as needed for business meetings
• Remote environment, with flexibility to work from home or a local Deloitte office
