You will work directly with C-suite clients across industrial sectors to define corporate direction, evaluate growth options, and structure complex strategic decisions. This is a senior enough role to own work streams independently, and junior enough that you will still be hands-on with the analysis. What You'll Do Lead discrete work streams on 2–4 client engagements simultaneously, managing analysts and owning deliverable quality. Develop and pressure-test strategic hypotheses using structured problem-solving frameworks and original research. Build compelling board-ready presentations that translate analytical complexity into clear, actionable recommendations. Facilitate C-suite and senior leadership workshops, confidently presenting to and debating with executive audiences. Contribute to client proposals and business development activities alongside senior Partners. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to practice knowledge-building initiatives. What You'll Bring 3–6 years of experience at a top-tier strategy or management consulting firm, or equivalent in a corporate strategy role. Strong academic background from a leading institution; MBA or graduate degree is an advantage but not required. Demonstrable experience applying structured analytical frameworks to complex strategic questions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; comfort with financial modelling and data analysis. Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under demanding timelines. Nice to Have Deep sector knowledge in one or more of Harbor Labs core industrial markets. Experience with M&A due diligence, market entry, or large-scale transformation programmes.
