About the role
This is an in-office role based in the Deloitte Rosslyn office. The Deloitte Greenhouse team helps executives and teams tackle business problems—from simple to complex—using specialized skills, proven best practices, and executive facilitation to deliver results that stand out. Our teams design both physical and virtual environments that enable leaders and their teams to reach desired outcomes together. Responsibilities
- Experience Design: Support the design, planning, and production of experience materials and tools (physical or digital), participate in and document design sessions, conduct research, manage pre-experience interviews, and create immersive experiences for participants. Requires strong production skills and a passion for creativity.
- Experience Delivery: Participate in day-of experience delivery, including managing materials and technology, sharing content, facilitating break-out activities under mentorship, and updating materials in real time. Responsible for comprehensive documentation, capturing notes, synthesizing, and organizing information. Requires executive presence and attention to detail.
- Project Management: Manage logistics and provide operational and project management support for assigned Executive & Team experiences and other events. Includes adhering to milestones, escalating risks, conducting reporting, and maintaining document management systems and team collaboration infrastructure. Requires strong project management skills and the ability to drive progress independently.
- Deloitte Greenhouse Program Support: Support national or local special projects and test creative approaches that could be leveraged in the Executive & Team experience portfolio. Seeking individuals who enjoy taking on new challenges and pushing boundaries.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional work experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Well-developed analytical skills—ability to synthesize group discussions into concise bullet points and help steer abstract dialogue into actionable themes
- Excellent presence and strong writing and oral presentation skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Comfortable learning and upskilling in new tech platforms
- Ability to travel 25% or more based on work, clients, and industries/sectors served
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Graphic design, visual design, or video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Interest and experience with analytical methods and tools, including data visualization
Pay
The wage range for this role is approximately $76,600 to $157,200. Compensation decisions are based on skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules.
