This is an in-office role based in the Deloitte Rosslyn office. The Deloitte Greenhouse team helps executives and teams tackle business problems through specialized skills, proven best practices, and deft executive facilitation. Our teams design physical and virtual environments that enable leaders and their teams to reach desired outcomes. This role involves extensive interaction with senior Deloitte clients across all industries and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Experience Design: Support experience design by planning, producing, and managing all experience materials and tools (physical or digital). Participate in and document design sessions, conduct research, manage pre-experience interviews, and create immersive participant experiences. Strong production skills and a passion for creativity are essential.
  • Experience Delivery: Participate in day-of experience delivery, including managing materials and technology, sharing content, playing music, serving as the main logistics point of contact, and facilitating break-out activities under mentorship. Develop comprehensive documentation for each experience, capturing notes, synthesizing, and organizing information. Executive presence and attention to detail are required.
  • Project Management: Manage logistics and provide operational support and project management for assigned Executive & Team experiences and other events. Adhere to milestones, escalate risks, conduct reporting, and maintain document management systems and collaboration infrastructure. Strong project management skills and the ability to drive progress independently are key.
  • Deloitte Greenhouse Program Support: Support national or local special projects and test creative, innovative approaches for the Executive & Team experience portfolio. We seek individuals who enjoy new challenges and pushing boundaries.

  • Strategic Thinking: Understand organizational decision-making based on strategic, financial, and market considerations. Apply structure to ambiguity and use design thinking frameworks for complex business challenges.
  • Creativity & Experience Design: Develop polished visuals and deliverables, turning complex inputs into compelling communications. Produce creative and immersive client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Well-developed analytical skills, including synthesizing group discussions into concise bullet points and steering abstract dialogue into actionable themes
  • Excellent presence, strong writing, and oral presentation skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable learning and upskilling in new tech platforms
  • Ability to travel 25% or more based on client and industry needs
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Preferred: Graphic design, visual design, or video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Preferred: Interest and experience with analytical methods and tools, including data visualization

Pay

The wage range for this role considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,600 to $157,200. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program may also apply, dependent on individual and organizational performance.
