Consultant Relations Senior Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Consultant Relations Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive strategic relationships within the employee benefits broker and consultant ecosystem, with a strong focus on business development and market expansion. The ideal candidate will build trusted partnerships, shape tailored engagement strategies, and help generate qualified pipeline through influential external relationships. Success in this position will come from blending consultative relationship management, strong storytelling, and data-informed planning to support broader commercial growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Build and nurture trust-based relationships with brokers and consultants. Identify and prioritize influential firms and individuals to expand market reach. Develop tailored engagement strategies based on partner needs and potential. Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned brokers and consultants. Generate qualified pipeline by activating broker and consultant relationships. Support sales processes through client pitches and presentations. Use data and insights to evaluate and strengthen engagement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years in the employee benefits broker and consultant ecosystem, with a focus on sales or business development. Strong knowledge of how brokers evaluate and recommend behavioral health and employee benefits solutions. Proven track record of building relationships that generate new business opportunities. Experience in both in-person and virtual engagement with brokers and consultants. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex solutions clearly.
