Consultant, Program Outreach and Engagement Support - Active TS/SCI Required

Work you'll do

• Supporting the development and delivery of workforce-facing communications related to program initiatives, engagement activities, and talent updates for Promotions and Assignments programs.
• Creating targeted outreach materials, including leadership communications, stakeholder-specific messaging, internal articles, IPTV content, and other communication products to support program objectives.
• Cooking outreach execution by submitting and tracking graphics, print, and digital signage requests, while supporting event logistics and in-person engagement activities.
• Maintaining and updating webpages, outreach trackers, and reporting tools to ensure information is accurate, current, and aligned with program priorities.
• Collaborating with teammates to support strategy development, outreach planning, guidance updates, performance reporting, and identification of opportunities to enhance workforce awareness and participation.
