About the role
The Platform Consultant operates as an executive evangelist of the Verint Open CCaaS platform. This senior role combines technology and business development to leverage the latest solutions in the Verint platform. In close collaboration with other functions, the Platform Consultant establishes close relationships with our customers’ Senior Executive teams. Through an in-depth understanding of the market, our customers’ needs, and the Platform’s ability to drive significant ROI, the Platform Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to the customers’ C-suites. The Sr. Solution Consultant works closely with solutions and product teams to educate and evangelize markets, customers, and partners.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead technical SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executives with a strong focus on the customer’s ROI—increased capacity and improved CX experience.
- Manage and nurture executive customer relationships through ongoing ROI discussions in marquee accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor both during and post-sales cycle to internal and external stakeholders, driving adoption and identifying expansion opportunities in close collaboration with Customer Success.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of machine learning and data science, expertly articulating, differentiating, and positioning Verint DaVinci AI.
- Lead Product, Sales, Solutions, and Services teams to ensure the Verint Open CCaaS platform is positioned in customer accounts as the “platform of choice” for their contact center.
- Present Verint’s Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams.
- Leverage in-depth data architecture or data science knowledge to influence and provide valuable insight into the industry, differentiating Verint’s platform.
- Build a thought leadership profile through speaking opportunities, networking, and staying up-to-date on emerging AI trends.
- Deliver content through various communication channels (including social media) to demonstrate the value of the Verint Open CCaaS platform.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop strategies engaging partners and customers in the ecosystem.
- Identify white spaces in customer accounts and drive closure of opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive and ongoing knowledge of Verint products, technology, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five to seven years of experience in AI and Data Science.
- 10+ years of in-depth experience with contact center operations—either in a vendor capacity or through implementation of solutions as a practitioner.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, coupling technical platform capabilities with a compelling value proposition.
- Excellent skills leading internal stakeholders and operating as a natural leader based on SME and business acumen.
- Knowledge of contact center solutions is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of data ecosystems such as CRMs, CDPs, and ERPs.
- Architectural knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses, especially Amazon, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Snowflake.
- Strong networking, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent customer service, leadership, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to establish relationships with senior-level executives.
- Travel approximately 30-50%.
- Successful completion of a background screening process, including employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS verification, and credit/drug screening where applicable.
- The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required for travel.
