Consultant, Organizational Change Management - AI/M365/D365 Adoption

Key Responsibilities

• Desarrollo de sistemas inteligentes que aprenden a partir de datos;
• Despliegue, monitorización y reentrenamiento de los sistemas desarrollados;
• Generación de informes de visualización con Power BI;
• Trabaja con: Power BI, Phyton, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, LLMs (destacando OpenAI), etc

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Accountability
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and commercial commitments
• Scope, Risk & Issue Management
• Actively manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and appropriate escalation.
• Planning & Execution
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Governance & Reporting
• Maintain delivery governance, including tracking progress, reporting status, and supporting steering and stakeholder forums.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work directly with client stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and communicate progress clearly and consistently.
• Commercial Awareness
• Manage delivery within agreed budgets and constraints, monitoring cost, effort, and delivery efficiency.
• Cross-Team Coordination
• Collaborate across multiple teams and disciplines to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Problem Solving & Escalation Management
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges, contributing to decisions and driving outcomes across teams.
• Support to Sales & Growth
• Contribute to business development activities through delivery excellence and input into solution feasibility and estimates.
