What You Will Do

• Supports the team in the development and execution of strategies and frameworks directly related to enterprise-level operating model definition, enterprise-level organization design, in-function / cross-functional process improvement;
• Contributes to key deliverables and proactively manages their own and others’ work against core timelines;
• Leverages strategies and frameworks developed by the team to shape their own deliverables with some oversight;
• Able to produce high-quality, accurate drafts of core documents such as project frameworks, project plans, and project analysis;
• Builds strong working relationships by listening actively, seeking input, and valuing different perspectives to enable more efficient and effective execution of program efforts;
• Applies analytical capabilities to in-flight programs and initiatives, identifying basic trends and patterns in data or outcomes;
• Supports the team in proactively identifying everyday challenges and proposing practical solutions; assists team leadership in escalating key risks and issues through the appropriate frameworks that support the program or initiative (e.g., status reports).

What You Will Bring

• Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements): Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in organization design, change management, or business transformation. Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation capabilities with proven ability to influence senior leaders. Ability to build trust and drive alignment across diverse and matrixed stakeholder groups.
• Preferred Qualifications (nice To Haves): Experience in a consulting or enterprise-level organizational effectiveness function preferred.

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
