Responsibilities

• Frame problems, define hypotheses, and build clean models.
• Synthesize research into sharp analyses with a clear storyline.
• Partner with the Engagement Manager or Partner to shape recommendations and next steps.
• Run client touchpoints for your workstream with confidence.
• Create reusable assets for the client.
• Own a workstream end-to-end with clean cadence and zero deadline slips.
• Surface risks early and convert them to clear decisions and actions.
• Coach one colleague to the next level with written feedback and visible improvement.

Requirements

• 5 years in consulting, strategy, operations, or analytics.
• Strong problem structuring and business writing.
• Fluent with Excel or Python for analysis and PowerPoint.
• Bias to ownership, calm under pressure, and strong judgment.

Assessment

• 30-minute case interview.
• 45-minute problem-solving and writing exercise.
• Final panel with fit and room-read.
