Business Process Management (BPM) consultants succeed in the evolving global marketplace by helping our clients realize the enduring benefits of business, process, and organizational optimization. BPM consultants work side-by-side with client teams to deliver best practices and transform operations related to business and technology. They are an integral part of full-lifecycle projects, including strategy & planning, business process optimization, technology implementation, and change management. BPM consultants build a foundation of business process knowledge and industry expertise while gaining hands-on experience with supporting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Participate in business process optimization across a variety of functions (e.g., Supply Chain, HCM, and Finance) and industries
• Develop business process maps
• Build and maintain lasting relationships and drive deliverables across functions such as Organizational Change Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, and Workforce Optimization
• Assist in building alignment across the organization
• Relate and work effectively with a wide range of individuals, from technical developers to C-Level executives
• Update job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Create website layout/user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices
• Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• BS in Computer Science or a related field

Pay

The average base pay for senior web developers is $111,229. Those at the top of the scale make above $138,000, while those at the bottom of the scale make below $73,000.

• Each employee must act in accordance with the company’s policies, orders, rules, regulations, and guidelines applicable from time to time.
• Occasionally, you may require taking some time off during the workday or leave early.
• In professional services firms, fees earned are largely based on the actual number of hours worked to serve clients.
• Proper registers must be maintained for easy tracking and record-keeping.
• Annual leave entitlement may vary by location. An increment based on individual performance shall be given every year.
