Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop and implement projects and programs throughout the assigned hospitals/areas.
- Collaborate with the senior management team, departmental directors and managers, medical staff, team members and community agencies.
- Provide leadership to the project team in meeting the targeted goals and objectives of the project.
- Promote project implementation to organizational leaders, medical staff, and team members.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Master's, or Medical (MD/DO) degree specifically related to their assigned project with 3 years experience in Management and 3 years experience Healthcare in related field OR
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Bachelor's degree specifically related to their assigned project with 7 years experience in Management and 7 years experience Healthcare in related field.
Qualifications
- Experience in Management and Healthcare in related field.

- Strong project management skills.
