Job Summary
The Coordinator Finance will support the financial planning, budgeting, grant management, and expenditure monitoring of projects across all SR Partners by ensuring effective budget utilization, financial compliance, and donor reporting.
Deliverables
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of national, regional, state, and district-level capacity-building activities, including training, workshops, orientations, and review meetings.
- Cook up annual work plans, activity implementation plans, training calendars, and monitor progress against approved timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training programs, participant databases, attendance records, feedback forms, training reports, photographs, and supporting documentation.
- Support monitoring and evaluation of activities through data compilation, analysis, reporting, and preparation of dashboards and performance summaries.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, meeting minutes, concept notes, briefing papers, presentations, progress reports, donor reports, and other program documentation.
- Coordinate regular review meetings with field teams and stakeholders, document action points, and monitor timely implementation of agreed decisions.
- Support quality assurance processes by ensuring adherence to approved guidelines, standard operating procedures, and project implementation protocols.
- Facilitate knowledge management by documenting best practices, success stories, case studies, lessons learned, innovations, and program achievements.
- Support the development and maintenance of digital databases, dashboards, learning management systems, and other program management tools as required.
- Absorb national consultations, technical working groups, advisory committee meetings, and stakeholder engagement events.
- Undertake field visits for supportive supervision, program monitoring, mentoring, and documentation of implementation progress.
- Perform other finance-related responsibilities assigned by project leadership.
Requirements
Essential: Masters Degree in Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Sciences / Finance Management or related field. At least 08 years’ experience with donor funded projects. Proven track record of professional, timely and high-quality consultancy assignments in the field of Finance Management.
