About the role

As a member of our consulting team, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career—at BCG and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Work on varied and rigorous projects, performing at client sites.
• Engage in projects ranging from devising integration strategies for pharmaceutical mergers to developing sustainable farming practices in emerging countries.
• Specialize in one or more practice areas as your career advances.

Qualifications

• For Associate positions: 0-4 years of full-time work experience.
• For Consultant positions: 4+ years of experience and/or an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD).

Pay

• First Year Base Compensation for Consultants: $190,000 USD.
• Annual discretionary performance bonus.
• BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule with occasional extended working hours.
• Travel to client sites required.
