Job Overview
Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and services.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, and promotions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Passion for cars and knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
