Consultant(e) Support Applicatif Front Office H/F – New York

About the role

The IT Department is responsible for providing IT support to other departments. In each of the bank’s global locations, the IT Department provides and manages high-performance, high-quality tools while adhering to technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help provide system support throughout the Americas.
• Provide technical and functional expertise regarding the systems to help other team members develop their skills and offer support to Front Office users.
• Actively monitor systems and document procedures and processes – Develop new monitoring tools as needed.
• Serve as the Front Office’s primary point of contact for projects and Level 1 and 2 support (improvements, errors, requests, incidents).
• Participate in the testing and deployment of trading applications (new versions or software updates).
• Propose solutions and drive changes that address recurring issues and manage workloads.

Profile

• Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or university).
• At least 3 years of experience in application support.
• International experience is a plus.

Skills

• Experience in the financial markets.
• Having worked in a high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrate expertise in writing and executing database queries on large datasets.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Be familiar with the "Follow the Sun" methodology in an international context.
• Able to work as part of a team, initiative.
• Passionate, determined, and intellectually curious.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
