Consultant - Commercial Strategy

About the role

The Consultant will support the overall cross-functional management of projects, conduct secondary research, and work closely with project management to create high-quality project materials and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall cross-functional management of projects, at both the client organization, as well as internally at Syneos Health
• Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the management consulting cycle of creating project deliverables, quality checking work, reviewing with project management/leadership, incorporating edits and feedback
• Identify relevant secondary research data sources. Leverages critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recommend creative ideas based on data analysis, personal experience, and industry best practice
• Demonstrate a strategic and systematic decision-making approach to communicating data through text, graphics, images, and/or other communication choices. Contributes to the design and build of a compelling, structured, and logical storyboard with guidance and direction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively on engagements
• Ability to develop relevant client deliverables autonomously

Desired Requirements

• Graduate degree in business or life science
• Experience in research and data analysis (e.g., organization of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking accuracy for pre-defined problems)
• Ability to travel

Benefits

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $122,000 to $134,100. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.

Pay

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $122,000 to $134,100.
