Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management, Math, Business, or Engineering and 2 years of IT experience, which must include years of experience the skill sets listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Cisco voice engineering services for clients located throughout the U.S.
• Work with Cisco VOiP and networking, specifically using Cisco Unified Communications Call Manager, Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express, and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express.
• Work with Cisco routers and switches.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot level two issues within a company network, including monitoring network performance.
• Document network performance, gather data about performance issues, and performance issues.
• Coordinate with Cisco vendors to resolve network performance issues.

Requirements

• Must be willing to travel and relocate.
• Minimum salary of $90,938.00.
