Experience & Background
- Product Development & Business Analysis Experience: 7+ years of experience supporting product development through strong business analysis in financial services, technology, or other regulated environments.
- Proven experience leading large initiatives in Agile environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across business and technical stakeholders.
